Living

Students have a special name for Holy Cross. They call it home. Holy Cross becomes home because of the remarkable connections our students form with each other and with their professors, and because of their complete immersion in our living-and-learning community. Life on our campus is all about community – a dynamic blend of friendships and fun, making things happen in organizations and athletics, sharing ideas, and taking time to reflect. This active community offers you a sense of meaning and belonging. (One day, it might be through a floor hockey study break on your hall; the next, a professor’s invitation to a family dinner.) It encourages you to explore your own unique combination of interests and talents. It gives you the time and support to discover who you really are. You’ll find that boundaries between the classroom and the rest of life dissolve, and learning becomes part of everything you do.
