Our highly personalized selection process enables us to admit candidates who will bring a dynamic mix of interests and backgrounds to our community.
Nevertheless, the students we accept tend to share certain characteristics. They have reached high academically, taking AP and honors courses if available to them. They are achievers whose grades put them at or near the top of their class. They view activities not as items on a check list, but as a way to identify and pursue what really matters to them. Engaging intensely in a few select activities allows them to demonstrate leadership. Many students have also been involved in service activities that have made a difference in their communities. Most candidates have an interview and take advantage of the programs we offer as part of the admissions process.
