If it is your first time using our checklist, you will be asked to register. The registration process will walk you through creating a username and password.

If you feel there is an error on the checklist, please feel free to call our office, keeping in mind that it will take approximately 7-10 business days for all paperwork that has been received to be noted in the system and uploaded to your checklist.
